Our Location & Tenants

Our current tenants' activities include: the building of award-winning electric fires, frozen food distribution, soft furnishings manufacture and retail, automitive merchandise storage and distribution, storage and distribution of ventilators and accessories, catering, plastic pipe manufacture, insurance, removals & storage, private vehicle hire, classic car restoration and automotive noise and vibration consultation amongst others.

Past tenants have built motor yachts, made furniture, printed packing cases, baked cakes, built theatre sets, created wrought iron work and operated tour buses. And this is just scraping the surface. It is fair to say that between them our tenants have an exciting and eclectic mix of business activities.
